Our garments are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you upon confirmation of your purchase. Given this bespoke approach, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

Alterations: We are pleased to offer alterations to ensure a perfect fit. For the initial alteration, we will cover the courier charges for both pickup and delivery. For any subsequent alteration requests on the same product, the customer will be responsible for all associated courier charges.

Quality Issues: Should you identify any quality issues with your garment, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, if a cancellation or exchange is deemed necessary and the item meets our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed and credited within 10-15 working days. Please note that all our products undergo thorough quality checks at multiple stages before dispatch.

Sale/Discounted Merchandise: All sale or discounted merchandise is considered final sale. No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alterations are possible for these items.
